HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We wish all our members a happy and healthy New Year. The Christmas Dinner was a great success and well attended as always.  We hope you all had a good night. There is no entertainment tonight to allow you to have a catch up after Christmas.

Days Out

There are no plans for a day out this month, but we are looking for suggestions for a trip in February, if that is what you want. As always, we need around 30 names to make it viable.

Summer Holiday

The newly refurbished Babbacombe Hotel has been provisionally booked for Sunday 12^th June for 7 nights.  The cost will be £315 per person.  If you would like a sea view room, then I can request it and a supplement of £5pppn will be applied. Anyone who came away with us last year will tell you what a fabulous time we had, so if you are interested, please give your non  refundable deposit of £50 per person to me tonight. You must have paid in full by the May meeting.

Club Caravan

We plan to re-open the caravan on Saturday March 19th. The committee has agreed that it must be self financing, and that if it becomes a drain on the clubs resources, then we will have no option but to sell it. With this in mind, we have been forced to increase our rates, and we are now looking for the following donations per week:

NOVEMBER           £180

Can we remind everybody that the caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 PERSONS irrespective of age, and that to exceed this number would void our insurance policy.
